What is the minimum order quantity for custom sweets?
Most of our bulk & loose sweets have no minimum order quantity, so you can order small trial batches. Branded and personalised sweets have minimum order quantities that vary by product, shown in the pricing table on each product page. We also offer significant price breaks at higher quantities.
What file format do I need to supply my artwork?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300dpi minimum) for wrapper and label artwork. Files should be set up to the finished size with 3mm bleed on all sides and all fonts embedded or converted to outlines. Our artwork team reviews every file before print and will contact you if anything needs adjusting, at no extra cost.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our standard turnaround is 10-12 working days from artwork approval. Express production is available on most products; select this option at checkout. UK delivery is via tracked courier.
Can I get a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes, we send a digital proof with every order before production begins. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve the design and colours before we proceed.
What's the difference between loose and branded sweets?
Bulk & loose sweets are unwrapped or simply packed, budget-friendly and ideal for high-volume promotional use, pick 'n' mix bars, and giveaways. Branded & personalised sweets are individually wrapped or labelled with your logo, giving a premium retail feel, better suited to corporate gifting, retail, and keepsake favours.
